Could I ask, is there any possible way of watching BBC World in the United Kingdom? Thanks. Smile

You cannot view BBC World in the UK. It's an international news channel. Our version is BBC News 24. It's basically the same as BBC World and also transmits the news for it during the night! Very Happy

I think they want to see it simply because it's a Digital Channel. Everyone wants to look at the channels available but BBC World is an international news channel - not intended for UK viewers.

Ask them though: http://www.bbcworld.com Razz:

I would like to appologise to anyone who felt I was talking down to them. I genuinely wasn't!

Sorry for any harm caused.

Thanks for the apology, I just felt that the tone was perhaps slightly harsh. Though it was probably just me, as is usually the case!!!! Very Happy

Apology accepted!

By the way, I've seen BBC World in the USA and that's why I said it was similar to News 24 but with international news instead of UK News.

I think its phycological, people want to view it because we cant view it..any one know what i mean??Confused

I have to say that I agree with Rob, it would be the same if we could not view News 24 and others could. People want to view BBC Prime, even though it is similar to BBC one, a clear example of your theory.
