Sad Sad Sad Dammit! Sad Sad Sad

I know how you feel!  I felt the same before I got my connection!  I always wanted BBC World, and now I have it!  So take some advice from me, if you ever get the chance to get a braodband internet connection, take it!http://web.ukonline.co.uk/tv.home/forum/emoticons/biggrin.gif

I will do! Smile Problem is, I'm at uni at the moment, and a broadband internet connection is out of the question... but I've got paid work experience for a year in a couple of years, so I'll get it then.

Mind you, I can just about listen to a radio station and (slowly) use other sites with 56k, so at least that's something.

Of course, anyone with an old Astra analogue dish hanging off their wall can move it a tiny bit to the west (well, 6 degrees west to be exact), pick up an old analogue receiver in a boot sale for a couple of quid and watch World to their heart's content. (Of course that's no help to people outside Europe unfortunately Sad)

It is a very good station!

Maybe Asa should put together a page linking everyone to different broadcast streams. The WMP BBC World ones are hard to find sometimes.

I've had a list on my site (including the BBC World broadband feed) for quite a while: http://www.geocities.com/mhking2/links.html

Go ahead and stream away to your heart's content....
