I have just found this link here.

It streams BBC World in a far better quality than on BBCworld's website.

Yep, I use that one with my Broadband connection, and it's excellent when it works! You really need a good connection or else you may have difficulty watching the channel!

Maybe Asa should put together a page linking everyone to different broadcast streams. The WMP BBC World ones are hard to find sometimes.

The 300 one is for Broadband connections, but there is also a 100 one where I think you can just get the audio if you have a 56k modem. Whereas with a broadband connection you get the audio and video in great quality!

What I should have said before is 'Isn't the picture for broadband connections only?'. But thanks anyway.

As I said in a similar post a couple of days ago, http://wwitv.com lists virtually all the streamed tv services from around the world.

I have a cable modem so I can listen to it and watch it and it's amazing. Wonderful quality and stereo sound…next best thing to having it on TV.

I know how you feel! I felt the same before I got my connection! I always wanted BBC World, and now I have it! So take some advice from me, if you ever get the chance to get a braodband internet connection, take it!http://web.ukonline.co.uk/tv.home/forum/emoticons/biggrin.gif
