Ident airs before Grumpy Old Holidays (August 2006)

Just had the BBC TWO Snowman (Christmas) Ident on the Network junction before Grumpy Old Holidays...

A mistake (ie: the wrong Ident number selected) or intended?

Is that the one where the 2 sticks twigs in for arms? Must be a mistake...ive seen it used before outside Christmas but only on snowy days.

Could've been a mistake...I was on NI and got Ice Cube, which also was used as an Xmas ident a few years back, so...

Ah right! I wasn't paying attention to the announcement, I was more drawn to the fact that they played the Snowman ident in August!

Erm, no. You were referring to BBC2 NI which played out Ice Cube. The one in question is the network were Snowman was shown.

I didn't realise you were a mindreader.

In referring to the scripts in question, both were pointing to the same programme, Blizzard: Race to the Pole, tomorrow evening.
