BBC TWO old programmes, old pres?

Thats not the point im making. I mean surly the BBC can find some stuff to improve the slot.....

I have to ask are people just no longer caring about any TV pres anymore?

I have to ask is today the first time BBC Two network used the 1967 for the Afternoon Classics.

If that were true, this forum would be dead! I think it's more a case of people being in work when Afternoon Classics is on.

I haven;t seen it all week either.

We got to see more today. If anyone is setting timer... remember the 3pm jct tends to run late like 15.02 etc

They've been doing it all year and for any excuse - the novelty has well and truly worn off.

It looks like BBC2 Network are now, thankfully, using Copper Cutout with correctly proportioned 16:9 AR, and have withdrawn the incorrectly proportioned version used up to now during Afternoon Classics. It was shown yesterday before Cagney and Lacey.

Also noteworthy is that the subtitles flag is now not in that bold font anymore, but in the smaller font as most of the others are. Unlike the others, though, the subtitles flag is now positioned further to the right of screen.

I'm always watching them and appreciate them. Shows are great too, Jim Rockford and Cagney & Lacey in HD!

Remember all those posts from long forgotten members who'd say " they should bring back old ident x or y" and then vanish, well now it has happened. Where are they now? Writing congrat letters to the RT. Job done.

Are C&L/Rockford files in HD?
