Well, I was only two days out!

I do like the wallchart as well, although the stolen line from Monty Python's Life of Brian to give as a Latin name for Car is... confusing to say the least.

At least they beat the Guardian to it...

Which, according to my calendar, is a Sunday - very unusual...

I note some hideously inaccurate dates on their wallchart...

Noooooooooooooooooooo + YAY = Oooerrrr...

In other words, its good to know its coming, but no clues as to WHAT is coming...

Yes, I wasn't expecting that it would launch at the weekend, let alone on a Sunday. Maybe it's a typing error by a BBC technician? You never know, it may be...

And yes, some of the dates are 'hideously inaccurate'. Have you noticed that according to Red Bee's website (they're involved in churning out additions to the sets) the 2 appeared on our sets in 1989?

Bizarre...

Deary me, some are obviously wrong because they include the updated 1997 'BBC TWO' logo!
Well thank god we now know they new idents are a coming. It was about 12 days (?) before BBC1's relaunch when we got to see the new logo and a sneak preview of a few of the idents so i would expect an online unveilng in about a week.

Quite like the little montage here.

Didn't notice any of the yellow ones among that little lot...

Yeah, they dont seem to be v. proud of their yellow package do they?
Website wise they seem to like using the flapping '2's or the pedigree '2' to represent themselves.
Most of that montage is made up of stings from 91-01, nothing yellow in sight, hardly the supposed 'tribute' to the current package is it?
Maybe its because AMV BBDO designed the website but i still think they should give the current set a proper send off.

It's funny though I know we have discussed the "2" and it is staying but still reading it back it sounds like the "2" itself is going.

Anyone want to put an early (if poor quality pixel wise) picture on here at all?
