BBC TWO Logos 1991-Current (Not 4 long)

Well how sad, none of these 2's will be surviving on Monday, don't forget any, Rounds 5 & 6 are still to come. Optic won Round 3, also going through were Steam, Neon, Paint and Firecracker, 3 of those have survived from Round 1! Unfortunately Powder, Paint Pot, Zapper, Aerial and Diary have been eliminated. Another 5 newens have been added Duck, Gorilla, Dalek, Swan and Woodpecker, 2 of those idents have 2 different versions. 2 Rounds 2 go after this which 2 will come out on top, the most voted 5 2's go through to the next round to join 5 more.

I think Optic and Firecracker are my al time faves, I voted for firecraker though as optic used to scare me

From what I can make out of The Sunday Times article (on TV Home), some classic idents might be tweaked and not gone forever: e.g. an *alive* '2' gets splashed by a bucket of paint, with the camera focused in a different angle, giving it more 3D... Wish I could make a mock to better explain it! It'll look so cool in 3D!!

Not sure where you got the idea from (can't be arsed to read the article again), but the two could get splashed by paint and then (as they will have personalities) go after the pot, and then in a desperate attempt to get away the thrower could chuck the pot! With the thrower being out of shot, what do you think?

Good idea actually ppl cos the 2's would stil be there but in a more up 2 date form, U could have a 2 on fire like catalyst and a water 2 trying to save it based on water!

Not long to the new logos, BBC TWO will neva be the same again, Paint's had rather a lot of votes, the newest 2's on the poll havn't been voted for at all! BBC TWO have tonight showed Neon and Paint twice since 6:00pm and blade once and aerial once!

Just had a thought, don't worry about the new twos being yellow, it probably won't last for long because all the old 2's at launch where grey and teal, and look at the range we have now.

Viridian actually! BBC2's new color theme is purple, so I'm afraid they will stay!

I like optic but also like wood pecker however i have seen a widescreen shot of it & can understand why it doesn't get picked

I've never been to keen on Woodpecker Johnny, I don't like Swan or Paint Pot either. The best ones are Paint, Neon, Powder, Optic, Balloon and Steam!
