BBC TWO Logos 1991-Current

Well we had round 1 of ur favourite 2's from 1991 onwards. Paint, Neon, Optic, Powder and Copper Cut-Out all advanced to round 2 and the next five newest 2's that came about have been added! Unfourtunately Shadow, Blade, Water, Black and White Copper Cut Out didn't get any votes in round 1 and Silk only got 1 vote, those five are now excluded on the poll, the same will happen for round 3, what is ur fav out of the ten above, the best 5 go through and join another 5 newer ones!

New ones altogether please! (not long to wait for those!)

You obviously aren't to fond of the current BBC TWO Idents JAMEZ, I like the majority of them and don't want them to axe the 2'S! I know they have to get rid of them eventually though!

I chose the 'Paint' one because of the way it works on screen, and plus the music is soothing.  I also like the variation on the 'Paint' ident, where several number '2s' hit against a paint pot.

The 'Firecracker' one is a bit too dramatic for my likeing.

So what's happening on 12th November?

A new ident? Or the return of another old ident?

If more old idents are being brought back, then can I put a request in for 'Steam' to be resurrected - easily my all-time favourite '2'! It was a crime that it was withdrawn, and I accidently taped over one of my few precious recordings of it the other day!

Yeah it was, and it was a crime. This poll is so hard because I like all of them except Power, Optic and Copper Cut Out, and even they are good.

My favourite BBC Two ident of all time has to be Neon.

My top choice is Powder - swish, swish, swish, pooosshh!!

Sorry ppl, u r rite about Firecracker being discontinued, I made a MISTAKE, it was withdrawn in January 2000 along with Silk and Copper Cut-Out, Steam and Diary which made way for Woodpecker, Wave, Kebab, Excalibur and Catalyst, the older ones are o0bviously the best, I'm glad ppl are voting, Round 3 will probably be next week by the way with ur fav 5 going through to battle with 5 newer idents. Firecracker seems to be winning, I agree it's my fav too!
