Oh, I forgot about this, any unusual tunes on Ceefax tonight, or was it just one of the normal compilations?

Aren't they Japanese? I seem to have it in my head that one of their tracks was used for the menus on a certain TBS Start-ups DVD, though I might be wrong. Really sad I missed this now, looks like it was an interesting selection.

Well I'm glad I bothered to set up both Network and NI - who went to News 24 at 12.25 with Paul Reid giving a nice announcement and also a full rendition of Morris Dancing. Top stuff! If only this could be the case every night... Very Happy

I can agree with you there - But I guess if that was the case, there would no longer be the pleasant surprise of an ident getting played in full, because it would be a nightly occurrence anyway...

I noticed that it was a widescreen ident which then switched into 4:3 very quickly as the movie cut off. Are there actually 4:3 versions of the BBC2 idents like the BBC1 ones, because i've never seen one.

There aren't separate 4:3 versions of any of the BBC ONE or TWO idents.
