I noticed that the breakdown caption still has that silly slightly-too-big gap between the 'the' and the 'break' - that really ought to have been fixed.
The programme was being played in from the Wembly OB, and when it went to air the vision was fine but there was pulse tone on the audio. NC2 cut to breakdown still while the circuit was sorted out, then the OB ran the tape again from the top.
