I think this is more like human error. The ident numbers are similar and I believe a non subtitled version of the symbol has to be manually inserted into the schedule - hence why the wrong ident has been selected a couple of times.

...which matches up completely - The two instances I have on disc (one from yesterday, and the other from the 20th) are both 'Subtitles'-less.
