Thanks to Becky Wright's wonderful closedown announcement it was Phil Vowels. Name-checking the other channel's announcer must be a first!

I made sure to catch the closedown in the early hours, and what a great one it was! Very Happy Shame we don't get lengthy announcements like that more often!
