You do have a capture card? Right?
Good Lord! We just has a programme slide on BBC Two for Life's Too Short. The CA told us when it was on next (Tuesday at 22:00).

Yes, but I am a very busy man.

And of course because Life's Too Short breaks the marketing guidelines by having 'action under the credits', otherwise we would have just got the CA talking over the credits.
It was a rare thing to say. No '2' in sight, just a programme shot with text & the BBC Two logo, presumebly because it's airing in a different slot to the rest of the series.

Is that because it's a HBO co-production and so they didn't necessarily have to adhere to the guidelines?

Like Extras before, I would expect there to be an HBO edit and a BBC edit of Life's Too Short so the credits we see are probably only shown on the BBC anyway. I expect it is more to do with it being a programme from a big name like Ricky Gervais who has the power to tell the marketing department to shove the credit guidelines up their IPP.
