Well I've actually received a pleasant, informative email from them...
If anyone else would like to tell them what you think, as they say feedback is invaluable, I contacted them via http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbctwo/help/?id=contactus

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that you don't like the new
BBC Two website, but I hope I can address some of the issues that you
have raised.
With regards to the increase in video content, this is a deliberate
move. BBC Two viewers have increasingly been asking us to make our
programmes, or extracts from them, available to watch on our website.
In the long term, we hope to make almost all of our programmes available
to watch in full but obviously this is a very ambitious aim.
The new BBC Two website is a pilot project intended to investigate which
programmes people most want to watch on the web, how we can make it as
easy as possible for people to find what they want and how,
operationally, we can deliver this as efficiently as possible. This
version of the website is only the first step towards this ambition and
we will be making frequent, but gradual, changes over the next few
months in response to what we learn. Please be assured that we will
take all user feedback into consideration, although obviously we can't
change things on the basis of just one person's opinion. In addition to
feedback, we will also be carrying out regular formal user-testing of
the site to make sure that we're making the right changes.
The problem with scrolling was a bug that we have now corrected. Many
thanks for pointing this out.
You also asked whether we could add links to the other BBC channel
websites. We think this is a great idea, and are looking into the best
way to do this. Hopefully you'll notice this, and other improvements,
soon.
Thanks again for taking the time to contact us. Your feedback is
invaluable to help us improve the site.
Best wishes,
BBC Two web team
