No-one within the BBC (as far as I know) has ever seriously done any work on a "BBCi In Vision" sequence to be used as presentation filler material. It's possible, I'm sure and would IMO be much better come the analogue switch off, than simulcasting News 24 - a service which by then will be as available as BBC1 and 2.
It's hardly worth it for a couple of hours every so often when no-one's watching
