They can't have been doing it for all the episodes - the first one was the 1950s, when BBC Two didn't yet exist (therefore, no era appropriate ident exists). And next week's episode is a catchup episode. The experiment is over but how will tech and spending habits change in the future? So I expect a regular ident to be used for that. Also, the sign zone airings just used the normal programme slide.
The 80s episode used a standard ident instead of the stripy 80s one that has been used for various stuff over the last few years. It might just depend who's "on"...

When it was repeated last weekend they used the 86-91 'TWO' era logo.
And that has now been fixed. However, the updated channel identifier is badly off-centre. And the audio test graphic is not properly centred either.
It's a test resource, and isn't really designed to be aesthetically pleasing (although that's in the eye of the beholder )

I was just watching the end of To much TV, and then out of the blue a now and next bumper turned up, Its not often you see these, but is this a happening often on bbc2 at this time?
BBC Two appear to have put together something of an overnight schedule from Sunday 20 March, they are showing some documentaries after the sign zone each night (athletics coverage on the Sunday), finishing between 5am and 6am, so we don't have quite so much of the This is BBC Two barker, which has started as early as 2:10 in recent nights.

Trouble is that BBC Two and One are showing so much filler these days, No one watches it. Afternoons on BBC Two are also rubbish really with repeats of repeats and daytime TV that has being on BBC One earlier.
The array of property and auction programmes are knocking me sick, frankly. I find it sad that we were once blessed with the presence of Grandstand on a Saturday afternoon (this is coming from somebody who isn't even that big a sports fan anyway) and now we get Escape to the Country or some rubbish.
