BBC Two 2015 with 90s idents

Let's face it, the ONLY decent idents on BBC2 in the past few years has been the Christmas ones!

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the 2011 were re-used yet again.

If they were using the old idents consciously because they knew people liked the old ones, and not just because it's conveniently glossing over the rubbish ones they showed before it, then I'd assume they be creative and spruce up one of the 90s ones. We'll probably get the one they've used for the last few years - and NI will probably trawl through the archives, because they're lovely like that.

Ni has been using all the idents.

I meant for Christmas. I'm pretty confident they'll be using bigger shovels than the network will.

Although I'm not too optimistic, I would really like BBC2 to come up with something new this Christmas. Their last set of festive idents were marvellous but it's time for a change now, surely? I'd be reasonably satisfied even if they upscaled one of the old 90s Christmas idents to HD.

Nah. They'll just raid the archive. Most of the 1991-2000 idents are useable. The third one is private, so the embed failed.

I strongly suspect we'll see year 5 of the snowy mountain town scene 2s for Christmas.

Let me rephrase that, I strongly hope, pray to a god I don't believe in, they come back.

Actually what should happen if there is no new idents is some the 90s Christmas idents will get a box added to them, On rotate with rerun of the 2011 Christmas idents and 2007 Christmas idents. 2007 Christmas idents will get the box moved to the right of course.
