There are used copies available on the Amazon UK and US sites that I can see - aren't there any available on the New Zealand site (presuming that's where you're from based on your signature)?

Does anyone have the book Martin Lambie-Nairn wrote awhile back? Apparently it had prototype 2's and unused idents in it but I haven't been able to get my hands on it as its been out of print for awhile now.

Is there any reason you're being so horrible to him? It's not exactly self-evident that they ship to New Zealand on Amazon.com.
