BBC Two 2015 with 90s idents

I think '2' started to get a character when the BBC in-house graphics department did the first/second round of stings. That's when the '2' became more adventurous. I like it having more quirky idents than having an out and out 'comedic' character.

BBC2 NI last night, 11.45pm:

Are BBC Two now only using the trailer endboards that are just a transparent band across the bottom? They look quite neat - just completely inconsistent with everything else.

Nope there being used for more serious type programmes. drama, docs etc

Bearing in mind the programme is 'Autumnwatch', what else do you think is wrong with this programme trailer that went out at 7.30 this evening?

Surely, this a wind up. You've mocked it up, right? It's probably the worst end board I've ever seen (dis)grace BBC2. Hideous in every possible way.
