Have a look at www.bbc.co.uk/tv and you'll see that they have almost a logo for the 'tv' bit.

A sign of things to come?

Can I please request that this thread is moved back to the TV Home forum? I posted it there originally as I thought the logo on the website may have implications to pres on BBC One - Four (there is talk of a refresh for One?).

Bit of a problem there, Moz.

yes, it seems charlie, asa and robot are actively encouraging the brain dead and the trolls, whilst discouraging healthy, heated debate - just in case people say something naughty.

now now andy, we don't want to suggest there's an evil conspiricy going on. i'm sure it would have been on "tonight with chris rogers" if it was happening.

But you can't say anything **** naughty, though, can you?

If you try to say anything **** naughty, all you get is a row of **** stars.

Seriously though, if you feel a thread needs moving use the 'Report this Post' link located at the bottom of each post. All mods & admin are able to see when a new RTP is made and are therefore alerted to any issues. Simply moaning about a problem in a thread is unlikely to get a quick response, as not every thread is read by a mod. Personaly whilst I may post occasionally during the day I don't necessarily read other threads, simply because I am at work and don't have time. If I spot a RTP though I am more likely to read it and go to that thread.

Now returning to the threads' original topic... It is interesting to see the changes made to the TV page. It could just be one of the many general alterations to the website, however it would be interesting if that style of presentation appears on the TV.

i reckon that its not actually intended to be a logo. but they should make a new 1 some time soon as the [B] [B] [C] logo has been the same for about 8 years now . . .

theres nothing wrong with it. its just becoming dated. they should at least alter the logo like they have done with bbc three .. . . .

Can't you just call it the current BBC logo rather than trying to recreate it with brackets?

Indeed, it looks to me like just a bit of typographic web design
