Whether it's been documented on already, I don't know.

I wonder if OFCOM is ready to deal with bigotry of British public, when the people start phoning them to complain. Shame, the BBC Duty logo were fun.

The complaints service is still open AFAIK.

Unless anything had changed, you should still complain to the broadcaster directly at least in the first instance, and that will include the BBC.

The new unitary board is the first port of call for unresolved issues beyond programme producers / commissioners. Only once that route is exhausted will Ofcom become involved.
