It was just such a short post (which looked abrupt to me) that I assumed you were doing the Forum Thought Police thing that some people do.
I would have put something more along the lines of "Have you had a look at <such and such> topic in the Media Websites forum where this is also being discussed?"
Tone and intention don't always come across well in web communications.
Well thanks for not just ignoring my reply which many would have done, and I'll bare that in mind.
