It seems like BBC Three is having quite a few problems tonight, with lots of white dots appearing on the picture, with audible popping. Also, the picture keeps jumping or freezing, with Testcard G occasionally popping up for a few frames. Since Family Guy has started, it seems to have got a lot worse, and is very annoying.
