BBC Three Olympic idents

Nice to see that BBC Three have a series of new idents for the Olympics with the blobs trying different things with the logo - like lifting it and jumping off it.

Indeed! It's a shame that BBC One couldn't make the effort as well. Surely they could have come up with some synchronised swimmers wearing red or somet.

The whole new set of BBC Three idents are fantastic! Don't think they're all Olympics based tho are they?

Do you mean the BBC FOUR announcer I heard talking during the middle of the programme I was trying to watch on BBC THREE the other night, or the Scottish bloke?

AFAIK most of the BBC Three announcements used to be pre-recorded - is this still the case? I assumed that was why the CAs seemed to sometimes switch around between programmes.

So has the annoying shouting bloke gone now? I haven't heard him for a while.

The weightlfting one is brilliant. The smug look on the blobs face from under the 'E' of the Three makes me laugh everytime.

I wonder if David Vine gets any form of royalty payment from Ardman for using his voice in the soundbite?
