The Superstar VJ's thing (I assume VJ stands for Video Jockey) is a part of BBC releasing some of it's content to UK residents.

Yes, the point is that we paid for this stuff, there's no copyright issues outside of the creative archive group (BBC, Channel 4, OU etc.) so here's some material you can use to help with editing stuff together, either for personal use, perhaps educational use, just as long as it's non-commercial and UK only.
It's a good thing, all part of the BBC finally opening itself up to us. This is the first bit of material, there'll be a lot more to come.
