Okay so, Radio 4 have the anthem and are going to World Service which they have done, and it sounds like with a bulletin that is timed at 23:00GMT???

Will any programmes on Radio 2 be affected? I wouldn't cope without Ken Bruce and Steve Wright in the Afternoon. I manage to pull through when they're on holiday though.

Not necessiarly. A few years ago in the days of the 90 second News 24 countdown. There has been occasions where they've had five minutes to play with in which they panned out the gap with several trailers,a longish ident and the 90 second countdown.
