Can we merge the two strike threads? I know one is focussing on the news output, but it's annoying switching between them and won't harm anyone merging them.

I agree with that . . . it should make things a bit easier.

Meanwhile . . . the BBC WORLD tower has now been replaced by the BBC N24 tower, but there is still the old
style BBC NEWS 24 logo at the the top. So there's no chance of viewers forgetting what they're watching then!

Already being talked about in the Newsroom. Hopefully this'll be merged soon!

BBC 2 Presentation fine on the BBC2 junction at 12.30 - a local trail for Spotlight and then the Morris Dancing BBC 2 ident. I suppose if all else fails continuity can play out the idents for 24 hours if it all goes wrong....

Don't merge them. The news one has already gone into overdrive!

Let's keep this one for general schedule changes and leave the other to concentrate on news.

Looking away from news - not much live programming on TV apart from Chelsea Flower Show and CBBC continuity. Will Radio 1/2 be affected tomorrow?

Be interesting to see if all presentation is from London rather than BBC Wales, Scotland etc.

Network continuity in Scotland as expected. Normally BBC Scotland would still have their own announcers on at this time of night.

Be interesting to see how they go into N24 though, they've got 6 minutes to play with
