BBC sports ticker

So what do people think of the Grandstand ticker which ran for most of the afternoon with football scores and news from a variety of sports. Basically each sport is introduced with a yellow graphic and then the text scrolls across on a solid colour bar (depending on the sport).

I quite liked the score graphic they introduced in February and not sure the ticker is as effective. It either distracts from the programme (quite useful as Wales played Ireland this afternoon) or blends into the background (it didn't bother me after a while). However, it is a bit slow.

missed it again Has anyone got any caps? Was it the first day today? Is it a permanent feature?

Is it reception of me grans TV or was the ticker a bit shaky?

But it was lovely and small. Could somebody working on Grandstand put the News 24 graphics department in touch with BBC Sport. "One BBC" and all that
