Why can't the BBC just go back to the very basics and see what they can come up with. My idea would be....

0830 CBBC - 30 weeks - Updated version of Swap Shop

Well it seem to work from the late 70's up to about 5 years ago when both ITV and BBC just decided to give up on children and wrecked the schedules so much that children moved on - I'm sure it could bring them back quite easily - as its different to what they ahve now on any of the children's channels and different to what's on the terriestrial stations!
