Points of view had a bit on it,

there said sorry for all the trouble! Rolling Eyes

Er that was me who did that report for Points of View Smile

well done for you! but really keeping "what not to wear" form up to a year just to put it on at 8pm is not that good!

Well at least they know that there is a problem. Must be quite hard balancing all of these programmes into slots while at the same time remembering they have to have a certain output of Scottish tele.

Maybe this pov report thing will give them a kick up the backside?

Nobody's disputing BBC Scotland showing programmes - it's when they stop showing a UK wide programme half way through the series or move it and forget to tell you where it's gone.

Yeah, there does seem to be a problem with continuity of shows.... ill admit that does annoy me sometimes. Hopefully things will change.

Again - live football tonight BBC One 7.30 to 10pm, then four days old football on BBC Two 10pm to 10.30pm

So The Nature of Britain was moved to 10.40pm on BBC One Scotland, thus causing an overlap with the BBC Four programme relating to the series.

Watchdog was moved to BBC Two. Somewhat ironically, even Points of View is moved to BBC Two this Sunday.

And next week The Street is returning, but not in Scotland. We are going to be a week behind from the start...

Hmph... Mad

Look on the bright side though - for the first time in yoinks, it looks like HIGNFY's getting and keeping the 9pm Friday slot for most or all of its' run and, and, even MORE amazingly, the Fri 9:30pm show - Armstrong & Miller - isn't getting punted to Monday or Tuesday, but actually keeping its' Network slot!

Watchdog is on this week at 10.45pm...

Interesting.... Mad

Any except for a very clever way of saying more people are watching it, what is the point in showing Dear Green Place on a Friday at 10.35pm then repeating it four days later at exactly the same time...

Rogue Traders is next, except in Wales.

Why bother plugging the next show when it's only right in half the country? Leave it to presentation to do that.

I know. I was a bit annoyed that he mentioned Wales and not Scotland and it was a Scot that left us out!

Sorry you spoke too soon! Next week there's no Armstrong and Miller on Friday, Have I Got News For You? is being shown at 11.05pm. This is all because there's football on BBC ONE Scotland between 7.30 and 10pm on Thursday - so The Street has been moved to Friday at 9pm. Watchdog has also been moved to Wednesday at 1040pm.

Next week's schedule shuffling is ludicrous in Scotland. And infuriating. They should not be allowed to touch the Friday night comedy and stop showing their own " comedy " ( to use the term loosely ) which seems to consist of all the same people from Chewin' The Fat.

Still game should be shown on Friday at 9.30pm when England is showing repeats

but don;t knock Still game.
