So, after today's Distribution work the following has happened on Freeview: HD & SD BBC TWO Network content in place of BBC TWO Scotland on their EPG slots.
SD BBC Four has moved to LCN 82 BBC Scotland EPG at LCN 9 HD BBC Scotland EPG at LCN 115
BBC 2 Scotland is still broadcasting on channel 970 on Sky (and is still called "BBC Two Scot"), complete with listings for the next 7 days.
I'm guessing it's just broadcasting BBC 2 England now.
Yes there'll be nothing else Scottish on it so it will be the same as network BBC2* even if it's coming via Glasgow. I imagine the EPG changes for the various platforms will take place as the week goes on - the BBC have more control over the Freesat and Freeview EPGs than they do Sky and Virgin.
Here in England, on Sky 802 "BBC Two Eng" is now just "BBC Two". I have a mixture of "BBC Two" and "BBC Two Eng" in my scheduled recordings where I'm recording from SD to save space.
That's tv Scotland tv should have been relegated to channel 82 on freeview rather than BBC Four.
I'm afraid it doesn't work like that. Channel 7 was specifically allocated by the Government to local TV channels; as That's Scotland is the designated local channel for Scotland, unfortunately it gets the prime slot. In any case, the BBC can't just force another company to vacate their EPG slot.
