from the pictures, it reminds me somewhat of ABC1, however seeing the animations, they remind me of that Honda advert.

I quite like them actually. They're kinda quirky

I wasn't brave enough to fly in the face of this thread, but like you Hyma, I quite like these.

The stills make it look awful, but the animation makes it fun.

i've seen on my TV, didn't do anything for me which is why I didn't bother posting!

Remember the Honda adverts not so long ago with children represented by circles and a rectangle for the dog, along with similar shapes?

Abstract shapes aren't usual on TV, once you realise what the things are in the graphics they're quite clever

I've not seen it in action yet (other than the clip posted by dbl).

I rather like it - it's something fresh and different, other than the obvious comparisons to the Honda ads. The trailer endboards remind me quite a bit of the Guide graphics from the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy film. And the continuity announcer hasn't quite reached the demise that some people are making it out to be: there are voiced now/next/later clips after programmes. (It was all prerecorded anyway..)

By the way - that Comedy Doubles trail in the clip: was it voiced by Barry Scott?
