BBC ONE's new Fish

Finally It's Saturday! Hooray! although traditionally one eats fish on Fridays....

Seriously, I love the idea of having a fishtank ident. One for the mocks forum, perhaps? Taking the BBC3 blobs to a classier, mainstream level?

Or maybe it's the Meaning of Life fish returning to provide a better world for all fish.

Just seen it before Neighbours - it's for Firday nights: "The One you've all been waiting for".
The fish dances around the tank and looks pretty groovy! This should be a new ident or new look for BBC One - they could introduce a whole family of fish!

Oh fantastic, well I can't exactly disagree with it can I? I mean it's more fish isn't it, and as I always say, fish are the future. Actually thats a lie, thats the first time I've said it.

Maybe I should reserve judgement until I *actually* see it though.

Ah! I wonder if they will use this for Friday nights, as BBC Two used to use the Anne Robinson thing for Monday Night Comedy.

Can't wait for the new series of French & Saunders this friday night. At least they're putting effort into friday nights.

As pointed out, Saturday's are awful, I'm glad that ITV are putting in some effort, especially this saturday with the X Factor (even though some people think that it's rubbish but it grips you and becomes compulsive!), Ant & Dec, Millionaire, An Audience with Harry Hill and Parkinson!

BBC One actually had a better line up when Johnny & Denise was on, at least it was live and fun!

Viewed from another angle, I'd say this is highly successful - it's got you talking - and you aren't going to forget it, are you?

Your very right about that. Nobody here yet knows what it really is for though.

We do know what it's for- they ran a full trailer. It's for the new friday nightline-up.

It was strange how (on the trailer that I've seen) that all about me didn't feature.

And My Dad's the Prime Minister? Isn't this the series that aired on CBBC either last year or earlier this year?

I also find it strange that it's been premiered as the new look Friday Nights, isn't it just French & Saunders that is new with all of the others about 3 or 4 eps in?
