Yes I remember then,brings back the good old days of the 90s. Oh how i could wake up and see it was January 1999 again!!!!
And look-Bill Giles!!!!
That's strange,the TV room says those Weather Graphics were introduced in 1996-obviously wrong!

I think I've got it wrong - It may well be from 1996. The news was the same though in 1994.

Im glad the news and weather back then was 4:3. Shame it isnt now- how much of BBCs news actually is 16:9? about 85% of BBC news is 4:3!

No news on BBC analogue is broadcast in 16:9. It uses a special 14:9 compromise.

I think there aren't any news programmes on the BBC which aren't either broadcast in 14:9 or 16:9.
