Excellent launch, with the new Idents

not too sure about the adverts (logo in the middle...) looks abit strange, as we have not seen that since the globe days!

And, as we guessed it, the shutters have gone, (they are now shut!!!) but all in all a fresh new look for BBC One! ...

Did that ident this morning go on longer than intended? I noticed it remained until a Hippo broke from the circle and floated across and past the screen.

Wow, they've thought of everything. I thought they'd miss that.

Ok, from someone who hadn't seen the idents before...they seem really great! The 'circle' motif is as close to a globe as we're going to get (well, that was a Big Circula Thing too), and they seem much more fitting of the channel than some blokes dancing on a roof.

Roll on the next one at 11:30!

Very impressive - a nice way to welcome the new look. I have no complaints so far (as well as most people in this thread - wow) and the promos look great. I'm loving the circular effect that appears at the beginning and end of the promos.

In Scotland, the idents are basically the same with 'Scotland' written underneath the 'one'.

Oh that's a point, can anyone cap the way the nations look? Would be interesting to see how large the regional title is compared with the just-departed look.

I like Bikes and Football the best.

Has anybody got any captures because I'd like to save some of these, (or optionally a way to download the ones from the site and convert it?)
