Whats going on at BBC North West? They didn't opt out for the clock or headline insert at 10pm!

I'll let you all know what happens at 10.25pm.

I was watching BBC Wales but they probably just forgot.

We had North West Tonight at 10.25. Although, the studio was very dimly lit - much more so than usual, and Martin seemed very low down on the screen. Something looked different, so I wonder if they had technical difficulties.

Only because their clock actually has a decent tick! Wink

The other regional clocks look like they have been on a very fierce diet, with thin stick-like hands and the minute hand jumps every minute.

BBC Wales are very professional in their presentation, except when it comes to cocking-up the intro to a programme immiediatly proceeding the balloon!

Yes, I've noticed that one the weekend bulletins of Wales Today, that they play the first thunderclap over the BBC ONE Ident, which is quite annoying!

I may as well put it in here. Does anyone think that they should dim the main 'house' lights in N6 at the end of the Ten O'Clock News, like they used to do with the Nine O'Clock News? Why did they stop when they changed to the BBC News at Ten O'Clock? I also think it would be good, just for the Ten to have the lights dimmed just after the titles, and raise them when the camera is on the studio shot. I think this would look really good. Obviously it wouldn't work for the One or Six, as they are daytime bulletins, but it would for the Ten.
