That's odd that it's an actual song since it sounds so generic, compared to the Alt-J tracks on BBC Two at least.
I think I'd just assumed that the music was either library track or specially composed, but it's also being used on a promo for BBC Playlister that's on 6 Music a fair bit. A bit of Shazamming has revealed that it's a new Mint Royale single:

Why are they still here???
I know I've mentioned the music already, but the more I hear it the more I hate it. It's just so monotonous and quite depressing. It only sounds slightly interesting when they turn it down to speak. Hope it doesn't last as long as the 2013 version seemed to.

Helicopter is certainly in use on network and went out in full on One here - don't know if it was a deliberate decision to air Capes instead in Scotland, but sounds like they were late opting-out for the ident (did they take the MOTD trail from network before it?)
Ident leading into the news on One was Helicopter which quickly cut to Capes. Still not airing it after Clutha?

Although there's clearly a phasing-out period going on with the Love 2014 presentation, it appears to have not been completely withdrawn even yet. The Love 2014 endboard was used just now before 'The Sunday Politics'.

Northern Ireland seemed to have dropped the Love 2014 ident from all its own junctions last weekend, with the ident only appearing on a couple of network junctions - one being before the late movie.
