Right... two things I've noticed about a couple of BBC ONE Idents.

Haka = Anybody noticed that on this ident as the camera zooms out, the guy at the front that the camera was zoomed in on looks as though he has a nice big cheesy smile on his face?

Tai Chi = I was watching the web feed of Spotlight (BBC south West) the other day and it was Introduced by the new "Tai Chi" ident! Do you think this is a suitable ident to lead into the news? It's usually "Acrobats" or on the odd occasion "Capoeira". - Has any other region introduced their regional news with "Tai Chi"?

Don't see what's wrong with it before news, it's slow, calm and shows people meditating... perfect!

BBC Manchester have used a poor quality version of it before North West Tonight several times, and a few times when BBC 1 North West opted out at 11.05 on Monday nights a few weeks ago. I don't mind seeing it before the regional news, it makes a change from Acrobats, plus the music is rather soothing in a way.
