Didn't the first Paddington premiere on C4 - they've certainly shown it a few times.
The trailer posted above makes no references to Paddington,, but Paddington 2. Channel 4 may still have the first one, last seen in October on Film4.
All the other films have already been through the Sky mill, except for Sound of Music which isn't new to any service and only ever seems to be aired at Christmas (and maybe Easter) and ceases to exist for the rest of the year...
Channel 4 used to have an output deal with Studiocanal but I think that might have expired as Channel 5 aired The Commuter not too long ago so it's likely they've split their films with various broadcasters. Universal has done the same with films like The Mummy and Fast and Furious 8 airing on Channel 5 and ITV.
It does feel disjointed like the cat on a roomba, cuckoo clock and wrapping paper are from different sets of idents.
I agree that there ought to be more of a unifying theme but at least the variation makes a nice change from the single boring largely static Christmas tree ident last year.
Another ident revealed at 00:18: it's the woman in the trailer (saying Christmas is about lie-ins) asleep in bed, surrounded by slumbering animated animals.
I have no major criticism of the idents themselves, they are festive after all, and cheerier than last year's, but what's wrong with using an actual Christmas song as the soundtrack?

The woman in bed is Rochelle Humes.

OK so there are some holes being picked in this set of Christmas idents but it's not Oneness so all is good.
The next ident in the festive set, as it first aired at 00.15 (ish) across BBC One Wales and BBC One Northern Ireland. Apologies as I'd missed Scotland had a late opt-out last night, so didn't go to the news at the same time as everyone else. All it was missing really was a cover of Somewhere Only We Know!
