BBC One Christmas 2018

In the words of the Chuckle Brothers... Oh dear, oh dear.

It's the same idea as last Christmas but with real people and it's a son and mother instead of daughter and father.

Poor.

Another John Lewis style film with some idents made from the footage. Oh well.

Ok, so they're not the greatest festive idents BBC One have ever had. But they're not too bad at all in my opinion. Miles better than the usual Oneness anyway!! And also better than what we got in 2012 (the infamous Red Curtain!)

Just caught the Northern Lights ident on BBC Two. It's stunning!

This years BBC One Christmas presentation is getting quite a lot of backlash on social media....

Why so blurry? The tree looks absolutely awful.

People on social media give negative reactions to literally everything. Everyone on social media is an expert at everything and hates everything. Remember how nice people were before social media came a long? We live in a world where the focus is purely on the negative and never the positive.

TV Home is showing both idents to be Vista at the moment.

I do like the Christmas tree ident which aired before Casualty. It looked nice.

I liked the lights on the tree, this is what you want for a Christmas ident. Some sparkle at least.
