When I heard the words "Doctor Who" & "Christmas Ident" is thought, oh b*gger. However I'm pleasently suprised, my favourite one since the 1999 ident Smile

The 4 videos [1 ident and 3 stings] are now available with a wallpaper on the Doctor Who website:

[They weren't working before, but they posted now]

I wish they'd kept it under wraps until the 12th. Completely ruined the surprise.

Were you forced to click on it then?

Were you forced to click on it then?

No, but it would've been stupid not to.

I'm really disappointed there's only one version of the ident. It's very lacklustre really, and will look a bit odd when it's dark outside. David Tennant can't act for toffee either - he's only capable of playing himself in every role he does.

Sorry if that offends anyone.

Why? If it 'ruined the surprise' for you, isn't it your own fault?

He's not being silly. It was *your* choice to follow the link and it was *your* choice to click play. You had two clearly marked opportunities to avoid spoiling the surprise and you failed to take either. Now who's fault is that?

The BBC's probably...

They've never released an ident online nine days before it's due to air before have they??

The ident is a load of sycophantic, self-indulgent **** and I have nothing else to say about the matter.

And therefore you had to click on it?

Unsurprising, really, that you don't like it. It is from the BBC.

It's part of the Doctor Who Adventure Calendar, not a press release... and I'm sure it's been brought forward since the Scotland version leaked the night before.

Besides, you're clearly biased towards the actor over the product, so you're not going to like it anyway are you really.

Chie doesn't approve. I'm sure the BBC will feel vindicated about their decision of christmas ident now.
