I had a horrible dream the other day when I saw Lorraine Hedgehog dressed as a witch, with a BBC Balloon in her hand, and she popped it with a pin, she then laughed like a witch does and then she signs off by saying 'Now watch my vision of BBC One!'
While I admit I have a strong interest in television presentation, I can't say I dream about it...
I often dream about pres. Really! Recently I dreamt that BBC ONE launched their new idents just before the regional news, and that they played the BBC TWO Car ident as a teaser first!

I dreamt that I was at school with my friends in the dining room, which had (in the dream) huge windows in the roof. Suddenly we could hear the BBC One ident music really loud, and we looked up through the roof windows and saw the Balloon flying past!
I think the balloon should go out with a half hour tribute of full idents and then friday morning the balloon flying over somewhere the camera zooming out and then finding these dancing idiots!

I dreamt something once a few months back, I think it was just aftr BBC TWO relaucnhed with the purple box. Because evryone was wondering what BBC ONE would relaucnch to I dreamt something about a BBC ONE relaunch but I can't remember it now!
Is it just me or does anyone else cringe at the thought of the balloons going out with the national anthem? Id rather it left in silence than that being played over it.

How about...
The balloon flies round all of the idents ( with BBC ONE removed at bottom) then slowly lands in the thames and is swept away to sea into the sunset.....
Optional bit:
then the balloon sinks into the sea and erm... well disappears!
As for the idea of us all clubbing together to buy the balloon - great idea - except what would we actually do with it?!?
Anyway, does anyone remember what they did when they changed from the spinny world thingy (dont know the off. name) to the balloons? In all of my experiences of ident changeovers, no-one made a fuss or even mentioned it at all!
