BBC ONE 90 Second Countdown

Did we have one in England? Northern Ireland have just shown a menu with animated balloon background...

BBC Wales had no countdown just a very botched up ident!!!

While BBC ONE had a nice smooth transition into the 90 second countdown.

Yep, 90second countdown very nicely done here in England.

And to think they're could have been 3 idents in that time! But nice to see the countdown 'live' again - and esp. for some people in the chatroom now who haven't seen it.

BBC Two just finished with the annoucer saying 'Well that's very nearly it for the night on BBC Two except...' to say we'll be playing out all of BBC Two's idents until 3am when the Learning Zone begins.

Okay, I wish!

Nice to Excalibur at close though. They're rather fond of Wave Night and Car at close sadly. None of the others usually get a look in.

Did you notice that there wasn't much action on Excalibur after about 20 secs or so...?

Perhaps when the Beeb decide to give me a job as an announcer, I'll play you lot long idents!

In fact, if you recorded Excalibur there...have a look at again. You'll notice that the animation stutters slightly before the '2' settles in the centre. Server must have got the jitters...

On Uk Gold this evening just before the first ever showing of My Family they showed an anouncerless ident, anyone catch it?
