Anyone remember that late night show he presented on Channel 4 with Andi Osho? Terrible.

It is a strange choice but we as viewers have only ever seen him doing comedy shows, so maybe The One Show people have seen him doing serious stuff in screen tests and like what they see. Us viewers will just need to wait until July to see if we agree. I'd rather have had guest hosts for a little longer to be honest.

It's an intresting choice but I think he will grow in time. I think Matt Baker has done a good job this week. Interesting time ahead.

Well Hazel Blears has just confirmed she's backing Andy Burnham, so surely that's good enough to stop her appearing again on This Week.. ever again.

Eastenders in HD thin edge of the wedge, shouldn't be permitted as it'll block hours of content on the HD channel. Despite rumours there's no confirmation of a second BBC HD channel. If there's only one, populist soaps definitely do NOT deserve the bandwidth at the expense of more innovative and serious content.
