We had to give our mobile phones to the production team for Break the Safe. The phone was sealed in an envelope and locked in a safe and you were given a raffle ticket to collect it at the end, so I imagine it'd be the same, or similar, system for Strictly.

Presumably not the the same safe the programme is breaking Very Happy

Lol the safe they used was a lot less flashy.

It depends on the programme I suppose. BTS was the only recording I've been to where they've done this, which is due to the count at the end and to rule out any claims of cheating etc.

Reviewing last week's recordings of BBC One Northern Ireland, this announcement from Thursday was rather unexpected. Time flies...

Looks like all English regions has a special debate programme tomorrow at 10.35pm debating regional devolution. No time shifting involved this time sadly as all regions are taking it and the Nations have their own programming on too at the same time.

Though significant parts of the BBC One London region are not in London so don't have any form of devolution currently - but they seldom trouble the BBC London editorial agenda... (Unless someone is murdered there or there's a big fire)
