Exactly, it was a late hearted tease on Facebook, to catch out the viewers in a jokey way.
Also no doubt the characters back story will be he is a well known house hold name, it just adds to that.

Whoops, BBC messed up the news link in Wales with the preview being treated as a shows credits. Was this only in Wales?

The 'coming up at 10' news preview was squashed down to the bottom of the screen like credits do and it showed 'the apprentice: your fired' as next.
Basically that was suppose to be shown at the end of the apprentice and not before at the news preview.
