In the trails before the News handover, seems like someone got mixed up and briefly played in the Ceefax music being used over on BBC 2. Makes for an interesting alternate soundtrack to an iPlayer promo...

At a guess, presumably they had to put a new combination of presenters on the VO and accidentally used a clean version that may have been supplied (for some reason!) to the regions?
How exactly does that kind of error happen?
