A slight error just now before Match of the Day: the Next/Later slide displayed was the one showing Casualty and Mrs Brown's Boys respectively. Announcement was as it should be.

I don't know if anyone saw it this morning but there was a breakdown during Breakfast at round about 7.25am (I didn't see it myself but did see the breakdown caption when the bus drove past the TV shop).
Why didn't you open the emergency exit and get off the bus?
There was a regional opt at 07:25 so maybe this only happened in one/some regions? What kind of caption was it? A BBC One caption? I've just had a quick check and I can't see anything in the South East.

It was definitely a BBC one caption. It had the helicopter ident in the background but it was covered over in red and (I think) said "we apologise for the break in the programme"

It might have been. Can't been 100% sure because I was sat upstairs and it was basically "blink and you'll miss it" and that's all I saw I'm afraid.

I believe that Southampton and Oxford had opt issues for the Thursday 10.25, so it might have been a continuation of those problems during Breakfast the following morning.

It's usually BBC London if South Today fails to opt. I remember seeing South East Today though at Breakfast once before though...
