In the first series (autumn 1981) Jim announced the prizes and said "In 1 champagne" etc, in normal voice. I think it was the second series, autumn 1982, when Tony Green started shouting "In 1", "In 2" etc.

Come off it, that's not fair! A bonus throw.

In "the real thing", there were only NINE darts:

Dart player three darts
Non-dart player three darts
Dart player three darts

I don't remember them ever allowing a bonus dart at the end.

London UK, NickyS is a reliable source, and is often completely accurate in his information. There is no need for a 'source' to be provided.

It was a good source - indeed even showed me the ident - but maybe they have decided not to launch it or go with it.

What was included in the ident? What kind of soundtrack was it? Or is this information you cant let out

Was the ident CGI or just an ident that was filmed like Petals?

The new cross-promotion design as seen on BBC 1 earlier - seems to fit with the impending new ECP style.

It's hard to see here on such small images, but if you look very closely toward the bottom centre-right of the first 4 stills, there are 2 small white marks that turned out to be the base of the "P's" in 'Swap Shop'...

I actually like it very nice, I did see this on BBC Two but without the animation
