Well that was a tiny bit odd.

Very nice looking visuals, modern looking helicopter, very sombre music...

Hmm... not quite sure what to make of that. Perhaps a bit too sombre? I shall require more time to make up my mind.

Not keen to be honest. I hope the livelier version is better.

I thought the sky should have been darker, and the lighthouse should have been switched on IMO.

I quite liked it, a refreshing change from the current set and at last something suitably sombre. The only gripes I have is that the form-up was far too long and also it seems odd to have a helicopter as the main theme for a sombre ident.

Does anyone have a capture? I had my TV Cap card on but was watching something else

well it was switched on once the circle formed, the light beams can be seen shining out of the circle.

Did the music have the trademark jingle? I certainly didn't hear it!

I don't think so. Perhaps that's what helped to make the soundtrack stand out.

The piano did it when the circle formed. Erm!?! Not sure what to say after all that.
